Whew I'm on a roll here. 3 posts in a week? That's a record for me lol! I am such a lazy bum when it comes to blogging, or everything else, as a matter of fact! Oops.

From hereon I think I'm gonna just consolidate all the makeup items in one post and the clothes and other miscellaneous stuff into another post. Sounds good? :D

Urban Decay Naked Palette

It was lust at first sight for me and I was so happy when I finally managed to get my hands on it. Can't wait to do a LOTD with this! Neutrals are still the most flattering shades for most people yah.

Before I go into the Venomous Villains collection, here are some other random MAC items I got along the way.

Free To Be Eyeshadow (Matte)

This is such a sweet peachy colour that I couldn't resist it. I'm in the coral/peachy phase recently, if you hadn't noticed ha ha ha.

Aren't the sparkly bits simply lovely? I've been dying to try out really dark and vampy lips so Boys Go Crazy is gonna be topping off some nameless dark lippie that I'm gonna experiment with. So fun!

Now on to the Villains! Why do I sound like I'm shouting 'Off wit her head!'??? Lol.

I know that many hated the packaging but I only care about the contents, honestly heh heh.

Anyways there's a little story behind this. I had planned a short trip to KL that same weekend that this collection was launching in Spore. I had no idea if it would be launched in KL at the same time so I was rather panicked. Luckily, Kas very graciously agreed to help me to CP them. I also managed to get some OOS items while I was at the Pavilion. I don't even wanna think about how much I spent man =.=

Vion was wearing She Who Dares (the green side) when we met up recently and it looked absolutely gorgeous on her. Let's hope the green works for me too!

Next up are the NYX + ELF + MAC stuffies.

I was at Smoochiezz's flea market 'stall' and it was kinda crazy in her corner but I still managed to find some really nice things. As you can see I got carried away 8-P She's having another one this month so do go check it out!

I also ordered some stuff from Cherub's Lips cos their GSS sale was way too tempting.

Yup, NYX again! I think the quality of the eyeshadows are not bad but I have a feeling that I might have dupes of them already. Oh well.

Wow I think my NYX stash is really expanding at an alarming rate heh heh. Not that I'm complaining of course.

I'll probably do a round of 'stock checking' soon and flood everyone with more pictures hee hee.

Miz Rowena over at cosmetic-candy was having a blog sale so I decided to take some stuff off her hands. Forgive the blurry pictures. I was using my handphone camera.

A pity that the chewy sweets she included burst out of their wrappers and ruined the packaging for the Twilight lipgloss.

Yup you read me right. I bought a lipgloss which has got the word 'Twilight' embossed on it. I'm nuts, I know. And it doesn't help that the lipgloss smells nasty and has gritty pieces of glitter in it. Yuck. I can't help but wonder if the other products on this site are worth checking out (not that I will of cos). Total waste of money man.

I haven't really tried out the rest of the goodies, except for the Too Faced Lock Down Cream Eyeshadow. Maybe I'll give the NYX eyeshadow a go soon.

There were sales and promotions everywhere, and I couldn't resist the temptation. I shopped up a storm at Watson's, The FaceShop, Nature Republic and Sasa (as you can see).

I also picked up a few bottles of nail polishes which I forgot to photograph. Maybe I'll do a nail polish collection post another time.

I've been watching Twilight and New Moon (I know I'm probably the last person on earth to jump on the wagon but hey, better late than never yeah?) and I was sorta inspired to do a 'Bella' look. Of course I have none of her bone structure whatsoever (I'm Asian!) but I think I kinda worked my paleness to my advantage.

So here it is:

4. Couleur Inc Eyeshadow in Autumn Leaf (as highlight)

6. Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero
7. Stila Sun Bronzing Powder in Shade 02 (to contour)
8. NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss in Beige

I had skipped the falsies too cos I wasn't in the mood and I also thought that the eyes would look kinda wrong with super long, super thick plasticky lashes.

To be fair, do keep in mind that I didn't use any pictures for a guide and neither did I look up any tutorials. I just kinda went with my own impressions on how the whole 'hollowed out' look should look like.

Oh but guess what, I just found the breakdown of the actual products used to create Bella's look onset. And not just hers, Edward's too LOL.

I keep thinking that my lips didn't look quite right, so I experimented again and I think I might have gotten it. I'll probably redo this look again properly.

Hmmm actually it looks more purplish than coral huh.

Well no choice cos my lid area is tiny compared to Julie's!

Even after layering on the bronzer, I still looked quite pale =.=
