I've been meaning to open these babies up for the longest time but, being the expert procrastinator I am, it's been put off till...well...now.
So without further ado, here they are! Plus the swatches of course =D

Fierce & Tangy
Audacious Asphalt
Pomegranate Punk
Fierce & Tangy, Audacious Asphalt, Pomegranate Punk
The texture and colour pay off are awesome and they set in no time at all. Plus they won't budge after that. Not one inch. Which has it's pros and cons. Pro being not having to worry about involuntary migration of colours onto places where they shouldn't, and con being not able to blend it out that easily. But I'm sure there are ways to work around that.
Will definitely try them out this weekend and see how they fare. Can't wait for Friday!!!

Hello hello hello!
As promised, I'm here to reveal the goodies in the little black FACESSS bag from my previous post.
I'm sure you've heard of the L'oreal Infaillable Eyeshadows since it first debuted late last year. It sent quite a number of us into a little tizzy as we hunted them down across the island.
They've been compared (texture wise) to the Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Silk Eye Shadows and they do seem to resemble each other closely. Same hybrid pigment-cream consistency and vivid colour payoff. The main difference I noticed is that the L'oreal ones are less sparkly.
There are only 5 shades available here in Singapore and I got 3 of them. Here they are:

Close-up:
005 Purple Obsession
Dark purple with subtle pink and blue sparkles
013 Burning Black
Dark maroon with subtle pink sparkle
015 Flashback Silver
Grey with subtle gold and pink sparkles
021 Sahara Treasure
Brown with gold sheen
022 Emerald Lame
Blackened green with gold sparkle
027 Goldmine
Gold shimmer
Swatches:

Feel like getting Bronze Goddess and Black Onyx!

11. Do you like wearing bronzer?
As far as I can remember, I've always been a blush girl. But ever since I discovered the wonders of bronzers, I have never looked back.
Bronzers give sophistication and warmth to the skin while adding dimension and colour. They can sculpt your face and make you look like you lost 10 pounds overnight. Awesome stuff.
Here's some bronzers that I like. Or rather, those that I have opened and used *cough cough* so far.
Prestige Mineral Bronzing Powder in Rich Bronze, Pupa Velvety Baked Blush in #05, Stila Bronzing Powder in #02, The Face Shop Color Nuance for Cheek in BR802 (shine), NYX Blush in Terra Cotta

Swatched in the same order. They look mostly the same, don't they?

Now then, why am I still buying bronzers??? 8-P

Hello!
I have been re-organising my makeup stash recently and I chanced upon these lovelies in my gloss drawer.

There are currently 6 shades in the range.

Here's what I have:

Swatches:

See how shiny they are! They're almost lacquer-like no?
Strawberry Whip, Sugar Milk Tea, Honey Latte, Peach Milk
They're pretty much unscented and I like the brush applicator, though if you're not careful with it, it'll tend to splay a bit. They're very opaque and colour payoff is obvious. My lips are quite pigmented though, so I need to use a lip concealer first for the gloss to show up better. Also, the shades are not the 'dead' kind of nudes, there are microshimmers in each one to add some dimension to the lips.
Shall endeavour to use them more often! :)

New additions:

From left - right:
- Matte 352, 2.3 g
- Matte 388, 2.3 g
- Pearl 433, 2.7 g
- D.S. 457, 2.5 g
I noticed that the packaging of two of the eyeshadows was different from the norm.

Instead of the usual plastic casing (as seen below), it was actually completely sealed up, much like the McDonald's curry sauce packaging.

Anyways here's all of 'em together.

I almost wished that I had gotten more neutrals but with the Urban Decay Naked Palette in my stash, I mustn't get too greedy :)

I can't really recall exactly when I got sucked into the Inglot fever but it was recent, very recent.
This is an European brand well known for their high quality products, in particular their eyeshadows, which come in a wide range of colours, with great textures (especially their matte formulaes) and affordability. I love how they named their special system, which allows customers to create their own customized colour palette, the Freedom System. Very appropriate.
I managed to get my hands on these through Michelle's spree. The nearest store currently is in KL, Malaysia. Well, at least it'll give us yet another reason to hop over for a short getaway yar? Heh heh.
Ok I shall stop jabbering and let the pictures speak for themselves.

Please excuse my granny pants LOL.
From left - right:
- AMC Shine 40, 3.5 g
- AMC 58, 2.7 g
- AMC 60, 2.7 g
- AMC 70, 2.7g
- Matte 351, 2.3 g
- Matte 371, 2.3 g
- Matte 372, 2.3 g
- Pearl 420, 2.7 g
- Pearl 428, 2.7 g
- Pearl 439, 2.7 g
- Pearl 446, 2.7 g
I'll be using them in my next LOTD for sure. Excited!

Did a very dumb thing 2 weeks back. But that's not the point. The point is that I used my new Wet n Wild Petal Pusher Color Icon Eyeshadow palette! Woo hoo!

Please ignore the errant strands of hair and concentrate on the eyesss.

Close-up:

Tools:

- Too Faced Shadow Insurance Anti-Crease Eye Shadow Primer
- Majolica Majorca Lash Expander Frame Plus Mascara
- Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liner in Towne Car

- NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in Purple Velvet
- Silkygirl Funky Eyelights Pencil in Pure Purple

The eyeshadows might not look too impressive here but keep in mind that these swatches were done without any bases at all. I used the 1st, 2nd and 3rd colours from the right and also the leftmost one.

Can't wait to try out the other two palettes that Sophia got for me from USA!
